Good Evening Residents of Sandown

Following the recent fire at the Cygnet Hotel - we would like to invite you to a Residents Meeting on Thursday 13th November 2025 at The Broadway Centre, 1 Broadway, Sandown.

Your local Policing team will be able to update you on the ongoing work taking place with our partnership to address both short and long term issues around Derelict Buildings. We will also be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have.

We will be joined by Mayor Alex Lightfoot, Councillor Debbie Andre, Councillor Ian Ward and Community Safety Partnership Manager Cameron Baxter.
